I’m not happy with . I tried three times to get in touch with someone about this. Two on email and one on a text message. I chose the wrong hoodie color and I tried to cancel the order. I wanted the white hoodie and pink letters but mistakenly I purchased the white hoodie with the black ladders. That was my fault I saw the wrong color. There was no contact information to call. Nobody responded to my emails or my text I returned the hoodie. And now I spent more money on the product for returning it. Unprofessional management this purchase. I’m no longer going to order from this site because there’s no one to contact if you make a mistake.

I live in Trinidad and Tobago, started following CQ in March 2020. I celebrated my 70th birthday with CQ on April 5th, 2020. It was a very different birthday in Covid.I will never forget. Why I tell you this? Because I have been trying to buy CQ merch and could not get any, either sold out or no sizes. Finally I got my Hoodie and a hat now. I still follow Dnice now and dance with the CQ family. I celebrated my 71st, 72nd and 73rd birthdays with the CQ family. Thank you so much Dnice. Your music has helped me through Covid and now I appreciate music so much more. One day I will travel to the US and attend one of your events in person.
